Privacy notice · effective July 16, 2026

Your poster stays with you.

Grand Print is designed so the service does not need your image to do its job. This notice separates the local poster workflow from the optional feedback flow.

Private by architecture Your image is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded.

1. The local poster workflow

When you choose a file or bundled example, Grand Print sends it to a dedicated browser worker on your device. Metadata inspection, orientation, preview, crop, resizing, page rendering, PDF writing, and JPG ZIP writing happen there. The processor does not send the source or image-derived telemetry to Grand Print.

Temporary output
Where supported, Grand Print uses the browser's origin-private file system (OPFS) or a direct writable file so large output can be assembled incrementally without uploading it.
Fallback output
For small jobs or browsers without a tested writable path, a bounded in-memory Blob may be used. Unsafe estimates are split or rejected.
Preferences
Convenience settings may be saved in browser storage on this device. They are not an account and are not synchronized by Grand Print.
Cleanup
Job-specific temporary files are removed after save, cancellation, failure, or startup cleanup. Browser-managed storage can also be evicted by the browser.

2. Feedback stays a draft until you send it

You fill three fields Name, email address, and feedback text stay in the page until you continue.
Your mail app opens The browser prepares a message addressed to grandprintapp@gmail.com.

No Grand Print form service The website has no feedback API, form database, or third-party form script.

If you send the draft, your email provider and the support mailbox handle it like ordinary email. Do not include an image, secret, or sensitive image content.

3. Cookies, logs, and diagnostics

  • Grand Print processor: no account cookie or analytics cookie is required.
  • Static hosting: Cloudflare may process ordinary request metadata to deliver and protect the site under its service terms.
  • Feedback: the page loads no third-party form or anti-bot script.
  • Diagnostics: any local diagnostic report stays on your device until you explicitly copy it. It must exclude bytes, hashes, filenames, EXIF, and previews.

4. Clear Grand Print data from this browser

  1. Finish or cancel any active export and close other Grand Print tabs.
  2. Open your browser's site settings for grandprint.app.
  3. Choose the option to clear stored data, site data, or storage for this site. This removes preferences, caches, and OPFS data controlled by the browser.
  4. Delete any PDFs or ZIPs you saved separately through your browser or operating system if you no longer want them.

Browser wording differs. Clearing browsing history alone may not clear site storage; use the per-site storage control when available.
