Terms of use · effective July 16, 2026

Use Grand Print responsibly. Keep the rights with the image.

These terms are written for a simple tool: you supply an image you are allowed to use, your browser builds printable output locally, and you remain in control of both source and result.

Private by architecture Your image is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using Grand Print, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you cannot legally agree, or do not agree, do not use the service. A parent or guardian should supervise use where local law requires it.

2. Your images and rights

Grand Print does not claim ownership of your image or generated output. You represent that you own the necessary rights or have permission for the processing, enlargement, printing, sharing, and display you choose to perform.

Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and local display rules can all apply. Access to an image online does not automatically grant permission to print or display it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Grand Print to:

  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or confidentiality rights;
  • create or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or exploitative material;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or abuse the site, feedback address, or hosting platform;
  • submit secrets, source images, filenames, generated files, or processing diagnostics through the feedback form;
  • misrepresent Grand Print as affiliated with another product or copy its identity for deceptive use.

4. Service behavior and availability

Grand Print is a static-first browser application. Image processing depends on your browser, device, memory, storage, source encoding, selected layout, and printer. Safe admission limits may differ by device and may change as testing improves.

The service may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn. No universal compressed-file-size, pixel, performance, browser, storage, print-quality, color, or physical-output guarantee is made.

5. Check before a large print run

Printers and drivers can shrink, crop, rotate, recolor, or expand pages. You are responsible for a proof print, using the intended paper, selecting Actual size or 100%, checking dimensions, and deciding whether the output is suitable. Grand Print is not responsible for consumed paper, ink, tape, time, or mounting materials.

6. Feedback and communications

If you submit feedback, you authorize delivery of the supplied name, email, and message to the configured support inbox so the project can review and respond. Do not submit confidential material. You may suggest improvements, and Grand Print may use the general idea without an obligation to pay or implement it; you keep ownership of your original written expression.

7. Voluntary support

A Ko-fi tip is voluntary and does not purchase a feature, entitlement, priority, guarantee, or quality improvement. Ko-fi and the payment provider handle the transaction under their own terms. Grand Print does not embed payment code or receive payment-card details.

8. Independent product and external links

Grand Print is an independent implementation. It is not affiliated with Rasterbator, Docuslice, Block Posters, PrintTiler, Ko-fi, Cloudflare, printer manufacturers, or other named products unless an explicit written statement says otherwise. External links are provided for support, verification, or reference and do not transfer responsibility for those sites.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Print is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profit, opportunity, materials, or reputation arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply from that point. Questions can be sent through the feedback form without attaching an image or project file.
